Added Security.  An extensive number of improvements were made to system security to protect against known threats.  As a note all data in transit has always been encrypted.  These new improvements provide improved protection against known threats.

Views not returning to set view is resolved.

Export to CSV.  This was not responding on some screens.  Resolved.

Master Phase Code Automation.  Currently you must manually apply the master phase code to a job.  This new automation will automatically apply the master phase code if it can be determined.  This means only one Master Phase Code with the same length as the new job being imported.

Edit Job Dates.  You can now edit the job start/finish dates directly in JobSiteForecast.  This new function is available on several screens.  Click on the EDIT DATES button.  These date changes will be posted to Spectrum immediately.  

Unschedule.  You can now "Unschedule" a Task in the Gantt schedule. 

Show Scheduled Tasks Only button allows you to suppress all unscheduled tasks for a cleaner simpler schedule.

Export. Several fields were added to the Gantt chart excel export.  You can now set the Date Range to Gantt Chart Export.  Unscheduled tasks are not exported.

Auto-Schedule setting will now persist for a job.  If a job has auto scheduling turned on, then when you reload the job later, auto scheduling will be on.

Filters Improved.  The cost type filters allow you to suppress cost types that you do not want to schedule.

Fixed constraints changing to SNET.

Fixed constraints not updating in column view.

Fixed Split Tasks.  The display has been improved.

Description extended to 100 characters.

People Required.  This new column is to estimate the number of people required to finish the task.  The formula for this calculation is below:

Weeks Remaining = (Finish Date - Max(Today, Phase Start Date) ) / 7

People Required = Man Weeks Remaining (column) / Weeks Remaining

Fixed memory overload when there are many changes saved.

Workforce Planning

Views separated by resource type to improve reporting.

Changed VIEWS to GROUP filters.  Setting the group will persist across all Workforce screens.  This allows a way to set a Department and switch between timelines without having to reset the view.

Added a note showing the number of resources on the job.

Added a screen listing all the other resources on the job.

A new timesheet was added to the time entry menu.  The timesheet is designed to significantly reduce the effort for a foreman to enter time.  This requires seam basic setup and training.  If you are interested in using this please schedule some training time.

Changed setup share function from "Copy To" to "Transfer To" so the function is more clear.

Added CSV Export without Quotes.  This will create a comma separated file without quotes around the fields in order to improve compatibility with certain uploads.  Use this method with caution, since any embedded comma in the data will create a new column and mess up the output.

Kanban View for Workforce Planning.  This is a card oriented drag and drop system to assign people to jobs.
