Change Log

Change Log

The change log operates like an email inbox.  It logs all the changes made by the field to the onsite dates.

The default view for this screen will list all the changes that you have not marked as "read".  This allows the shop manager to see any changes made by the field in real time.  The screen updates every 5 minutes.

Filters Available

There are some filters available at the top of the screen:
Project Manager - allows you to view all the changes for a particular project manager
Job - Allows you to view all the changes for just one job

Show Unread Changes Only - unchecking this will show all the change logs

Columns Available

      Job Num and Name
Change Date - the date the change was entered by the field
      Package Number
      Project Manager
Drawing - the shop drawing number
      Quantity

Show Audit Trail

Changes can add up and be disruptive in a shop setting.  It may be important to determine the details related to all the onsite date changes.  Select an install package by clicking in the left checkbox and click SHOW AUDIT TRAIL.

This will display every change made to the install package:
      Date of the entry
      Onsite date entered
The user that made the change
