Schedule Grid Setup

On this screen you can define the default settings for the Gantt schedule.

Column Setup

This is the full list of columns that can appear on the left side of the Gantt schedule.  Check off the columns you want to show by default.  Any new jobs will then show the columns checked off.  

You can modify individual jobs on the job schedule screen.  The system will remember the setting for each job.

Cost Type Setup

This is the list of all cost types from your system.  If you make any changes to Spectrum setup, click on the REFRESH COST TYPES button.  This will retrieve the cost type setup.

Check off the cost types you want to show by default.  For instance you might want to suppress Material or Other cost types because they are normally not scheduled.  This list is only the default, so any new job will default to this setting.  You can modify this for an individual job on the job schedule screen.  The system will remember the setting for each job.
