Phase Code Screen

Phase Code Screen

This screen loads all the phase codes from all the active jobs into one grid.  This allows the user to manage phase codes across multiple jobs at once as opposed to going to each individual job.

For instance the CAD department can setup a view showing all CAD phase codes for all active jobs where labor has been added and percent complete updates need to be entered.

A project manager may do the same thing for their tasks so they can manage the percent complete entries for all jobs at once.

Any department operating across jobs can setup a similar view.  This makes managing the entires much easier.
