Mobile Setup

Enable Mobile Users

Go to Setup | User Setup
For each employee that is using the mobile system you need to:
Make an entry (4 digit number) in the column "Employee PIN".  
Make a note of their Employee Code.

Enable users on various modules as required:
For Workforce Planning
Go to Workforce Planning | Resource List.
Check off Active? column.
For Time Entry 
Go to Setup | User Setup
Check off Mobile Time Entry column

Setup System

In order to setup the mobile system you need to follow these steps:
Get your Company Code.  This is your Spectrum company code.
Company PIN.  This is something you setup in JobSiteForecast.  Go to Time Entry | Configuration.  Enter your Company PIN (any 4 digit number).

Mobile Users

Users can download the mobile app as follows:


Mobile users will need the following information to sign in the first time:
  1. Company Code
  2. Company PIN
  3. Employee Code
  4. Employee PIN
You will need to send them this information.  Once they sign in the system will keep them signed in.
