Mobile Schedule

Mobile Schedule

The mobile application will display your schedule as setup in the Workforce Planning module.

Your assignments are organized showing the current week and the next 3 weeks.
For example:
Assignments this week
Next Week
Week of Jul 28           (2 weeks in the future)
Week of August 4      (3 weeks in the future)

If two assignments are scheduled at the same time the second assignment will show CONFLICT.  One of the items will be set as Highest Priority.  If not, you will have to contact the office to determine which assignment is correct.

Each Card in the schedule list will show:
Dates of the Assignment
The scheduled start/finish times for the assignment
Project name
Second description line (if applicable)
Project address 
Notes (if applicable)
