Job Labor Analysis Fields Available

To see the available job fields click on the COLUMNS button on the far right side of the summary screen.
This will give you a complete list of the job fields.

Summary Screen Fields
  1. Phase Code
  2. Phase Description
  3. Category Codes (these codes are segments of the phase code and vary based on the job setup)
    1. Building/Area
    2. Trade
    3. Activity
  4. Status
  5. Cost Type
  6. Estimated Quantity
  7. JTD Quantity
  8. UOM
  9. Estimated Hours
  10. Percent Complete
  11. Earned Hours - (estimated hours x percent complete)
  12. JTD Hours
  13. Earned Hours Over (Under) - (Earned Hours - JTD Hours)
  14. Percent of Estimate - (JTD Hours / Estimated Hours)
  15. Estimated Hours Remaining - (Estimated Hours - JTD Hours)
  16. Actual/Earned - (JTD Hours / Earned Hours)
  17. Projected at Complete - (JTD Hours / Percent Complete)
  18. Projected to Compete - (Projected at Complete - Earned Hours)
  19. Projected Over (Under) - (Projected Hours - Estimated Hours)
  20. Hours This Period
  21. Entry Date


User Entry Fields
  1. Percent Complete
  2. Projected at Complete
  3. Projected to Complete
Entering one of these fields will cause the other two fields to back calculate.
Users may find it easier to enter the hours remaining (Projected to Complete) on a task once the task is nearing completion. For instance a user may decide there is one week of work for 2 people, so the user would enter 80 hours in the Projected To Complete field.

Note: If the user enters a percent complete that is below the system threshold setting, the system will set Projected at Complete = Estimate.  The default threshold setting is 10%, but can be adjusted from 5-15%. See the company setup screen for this setting.
